PRE-QUALIFICATION QUESTIONNAIRE AND NEEDS ANALYSIS:
Create your Customer ID # and proceed to your Pre-Qualification Questionnaire where you will provide information about your Income, Monthly Debt, Credit Scores, type of home you wish to purchase and other pertinent information.

ONLINE PRE-QUALIFICATION REVIEW CALENDAR:
Once you have successfully submitted your Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, a success page will appear with a link to our Online Calendar where you can schedule your Pre-Qualification Review Call with your 501(C)(3) counselor, this call will be conducted as an online screen share session with G-meet, so please watch your email inbox and spam folder, Our Online Calendar will send you a reminder of your appointment.

Your Pre-Qualification review call is conducted as an online screen share session and should last 10 - 20 minutes. You will not receive a telephone call, your 501(C)(3) counselor will be online waiting for you on a G-meet screen share session, so make sure to logon at the day and time of your appointment.

Should your Pre-Qualification review call yield positive results, your 501(c)(3) counselor will email you a recapitulation email with the details of your potential eligibility which will include:
... The Dollar Amount of your potential Eligibility
... The approximate anticipated monthly payment including (mortgage, taxes and insurance)
... The approximate anticipated out of pocket expense needed from you
... The list of Supportive documents that you will need to upload
... A link to our Online Calendar where you would schedule your Document Review call with your 501(c)(3) counselor.

DOCUMENT REVIEW CALENDAR
Your recapitulation email will include a link to our Document Review Calendar where you would schedule an online session to review your Supportive Documents with your counselor.

PREFERRED LENDERS CALENDAR
Should your Document Review Call be satisfactory, your 501(c)(3) counselor will direct you to our Preferred Lenders Calendar to schedule your appointment to speak with one of our preferred lenders.

NOTE:
After you have been pre-qualified for Down Payment Assistance, you will need to pay $39.00 on the Preferred Lenders Calendar to pull your Credit Report. Your lender will review your Credit Report and review your eligibility with you at the time of your online session with your lender.
