You can now use Zillow.com to search and select the participating National Home Builder that will build your New Dream Home for you right in your local market. FundMyHome.org will be there to provide you with the Non-Repayable funds you need to build your Dream Home
Zillow.com filters and displays these National Home Builders by city and state in alphabetical order.
Here is what you do:
Step 1.- Get your financial affairs in order, get pre-approved by FundMyHome.org
Step 2.- Use Zillow.com to search and select your choice of Home Builders. Browse for their models and available inventory and select the Home Builder of your choice
Step 3.- Contact our Home Office, one of our representatives will contact these Home Builders with you to get you registered as one of our Down Payment Assistance Recipients, only AFTER you have been pre approved by FundMyHome.org
Important: Do not contact these Home Builders before obtaining an approval from FundMyHome.org; contacting these Home Builders before obtaining an approval from FundMyHome.org will disqualify you from obtaining Down Payment Assistance from FundMyHome.org.
One of our Preferred Realtors must represent you as your Real Estate Agent on your transaction with your Home Builder
Do not contact these Home Builders alone, an authorized representative of FundMyHome.org must complete and submit the Builder's "Customer Registration" form for you.
So, let us start with the Zillow.com step by step tutorial.
****Open your sponsor’s Website at FundMyHome.org
****Go to the Home Builder’s menu, then click on National builders
****Our Home Builders page will open. Read our content, and then scroll down to click on the button named Search for National Home Builders Here
****Next, you will see the Zillow.com website
****Next, gently hover over Agent Finder
****Proceed to click on Home Builders
****Enter your city and state.
****Click search.
****A comprehensive list of National and Local Home Builders will be displayed for you. Scroll down to learn more about them and make your selection.
****This will open a contact page with more detailed information about the builder, their communities, their home models, their price ranges, etc.
****Then, browse for their communities and home models.
****Match the price range of the desired home model of your choice to the Dollar Amount of your potential eligibility that you found when you used our Down Payment Assistance Calculator.
****Finally, copy and email the link of your selection to your 501(c)(3) counselor. Your 501(c)(3)Counselor will contact your Home Builder and register you as one of our Down Payment Assistance Recipients
